Terms and Conditions for Fresco Services Ltd

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Fresco Services Ltd a cleaning service provider based in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 39 Abbeville Road, London, SW9 9JX to you, the customer.

1. Services

We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning


All services will be provided as outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booking.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Access to Property

  • You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If access is not available, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee or the full service fee.
  • You are responsible for securing pets and valuables.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Ensure the property is in a safe condition for our cleaners to work.
  • Notify us of any hazards or sensitive areas/items in advance.
  • Provide any special cleaning instructions in writing.

6. Our Staff

  • All our staff are insured, trained, and vetted.
  • You agree not to hire our staff directly during the contract and for 12 months after service ends.

7. Liability

  • We will perform services with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty equipment/surfaces.
  • Any damages or issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a service with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of unsatisfactory service reported within 24 hours.
  • Re-cleans may be offered as an alternative.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement at any time due to:

  • Breach of these term
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abusive behaviour towards staff
  •

  • We collect and store your data in accordance with GDPR.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
